1. Cement, powdery hydraulic inorganic cementitious material. 2. Hydrogen peroxide solution, the chemical formula is H2O2, its aqueous solution is commonly known as hydrogen peroxide, and its appearance is a colorless and transparent liquid. It is a strong oxidant and is suitable for wound disinfection, environment and food disinfection. Industrial hydrogen peroxide is 27.5%. At present, most of the hydrogen peroxide used in chemical foaming is the foaming agent

3. Hard calcium is mainly calcium stearate. It is prepared by phenol and caustic potash forming salt reaction, then carbon dioxide carboxylation reaction and acid precipitation. White crystalline powder, easily soluble in alcohol, ether and acetone. It can be used for organic synthesis, synthetic pesticides, dyes, medicine, antiseptic and other purposes.

4. Fly ash is fine ash collected from the flue gas after coal combustion. Fly ash is the main solid waste discharged from coal-fired power plants. The main oxide composition of coal ash from thermal power plants in my country is: SiO2, Al2O3, FeO, Fe2O3, CaO, TiO2, etc. ,

5. Aerogel Aerogel is a new solid material with nano-porous structure. It has excellent characteristics such as ultra-light, heat insulation, transparency, heat preservation, and fire resistance. When aerogel is added to foamed concrete, the thermal conductivity of the concrete will gradually decrease with the amount of aerogel added. However, since the main component of aerogel is silica, under alkaline conditions, high-strength silicon will be generated The acid salt composition will not only reduce the thermal conductivity, but also increase the strength and toughness.

6. Cement foaming agent

Cement foaming agent refers to an admixture that can reduce the surface tension of a liquid and produce a large amount of uniform and stable foam to produce foamed concrete. Foaming agent is a type of substance that can produce a large amount of foam when its aqueous solution is introduced into air by mechanical force. This type of substance is a surfactant or surface active substance. This is a physical blowing agent. Of course, chemical blowing agents can also be selected.


Production process of foamed cement insulation board

1. Loading and mixing: Add a certain amount of cement, foaming agent, and foam stabilizer to the mixer through the loading system, and dry-mix for 30 seconds;

2. Stirring: Add a certain amount of warm water to the mixer and wet stirring for 2 minutes; add a certain amount of foaming agent to the mixer and stir for 8-15 seconds;

3. Injection molding and foaming: the slurry is then injected into the mold to foam, and the foaming process is about 3-5 minutes;

4. Initial curing: After the injection molding is completed, let it stand for several hours for initial curing;

5. Demoulding: After the initial setting of the foamed cement insulation board is completed, the mould can be demolded when it has the initial strength;

6. Cutting: the foamed cement insulation board with a certain strength can be cut after demoulding, and the cutting specifications can be adjusted according to the needs.

7. Finished product curing: The curing age of foamed cement insulation board should not be less than 7 days.
